PDF Handy Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PDF Handy Android app, operated by Technoitic ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

PDF Handy is provided for viewing, creating, and editing PDF files on your device. You're responsible for the documents you process with it and for how you use them - we don't control or review them, and nothing you process is ever uploaded to us.

Pro purchase

The optional one-time "Pro" purchase removes ads and unlocks unlimited use of every tool plus password-protection, for the device it's purchased on, tied to your Google Play account. Purchases are handled by Google Play and subject to Google Play's own refund policies.

Advertising

Free-tier use of the app includes ads served via Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad personalization works and how to opt out.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aim for PDF Handy to work reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Technoitic isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
